# FAQ

Answers to common questions about Callouts Graph tracking, copy trading and wallets.

<details>

<summary>Is tracking a caller the same as copying them?</summary>

No. **Track Caller** follows their callouts and position updates. **New copy** configures trading based on eligible caller activity using your wallet and risk rules.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I copytrade without SOL?</summary>

You need enough available SOL in your Solana copy wallet to cover eligible buys and network costs. Start with [Funding your wallet](/callgraph-docs/getting-started/fund-your-wallet.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Will every caller buy be copied?</summary>

No. Your settings, budget, price movement, token checks and quote availability determine whether a trade is eligible. We send skip notices when we cannot place a qualifying buy.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What happens when I stop copying?</summary>

New copied buys and Copy sells stop, but existing positions are **not automatically sold**. Manage them under [Positions](/callgraph-docs/trading/positions-and-sells.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why are my account limits different from someone else's?</summary>

Your allowances depend on your verified access level. Open **My Access** to review your tracked-caller and Analysis limits, or use **Recheck Access** after updating eligibility.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I send alerts to a Telegram group or channel?</summary>

Yes. Use **Alerts Routing**, verify the destination and assign it to the tracked callers you want to notify. See [Alerts Routing](/callgraph-docs/callouts-intelligence/tracking-and-notifications.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What if my withdrawal is pending?</summary>

Check the latest status, destination details and any hold shown in **Wallet**. Avoid sending the same withdrawal again while its result is unresolved.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://callgraph.gitbook.io/callgraph-docs/support/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
